Job Description
Clinical Excellence
- To design,develop and conceptualize the structure and content for departmental induction module for Physiotherapy
- To conduct effective departmental Induction and orientation sessions to ensure all staff understand professional standards of clinical service and documentation at nightingales.
- To design and develop the content for all functional,incremental and refresher training modules and lead the entire training program in terms of designing,planning,organizing and implementation
- To calendarized the functional training for Physiotherapy across regions and ensure compliance to the process
- To effectively use and utilize the learning management system for all kinds of training delivery and publish detailed reports on various aspects of training.
- To be involved in the process of training delivery for all kinds of training across regions for Physiotherapy
- Create trainer development program and coach other trainers/leads/Supervisors( train the trainer approach ) to ensure standardization and consistency of training programs.
- Identify , assess and analyse current and future training needs for all physiotherapy staff and ensure subsequent implementation of relevant training
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of training program effectiveness to ensure staff understanding and effectiveness through feedback evaluation / Pre and post Questionnaires
- Re-train the staff when deficiencies in performance are identified
- Support the HR and Clinical team in driving the competency assessment for all Physiotherapy staff at various levels as per Nightingales competency framework
- Provide opportunities for ongoing capability development and engage in continuing professional development to keep abreast of research and practice developments in relevant clinical areas in Physiotherapy
- Work collaboratively with the clinical leadership team in planning,developing and enhancing clinical training program
- Work collaboratively across organization to assure optimal communication and alignment on clinical training program efforts
- Ensure staff attendance is recorded for training to strengthen record keeping practice and compliance
- Provide subject matter expertise on training aspects of clinical operations
- Deploy wide variety of training methods
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends developments and best practices in the field of Physiotherapy
- Excellent presentation,coaching and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written skills and Clinical expertise.
- Excellent Critical thinking skills.
- Self-directed, organized and energetic.
- Excellent ability to manage a classroom setting that includes managing performance and behaviour.
- Prefer experience in developing and delivering training program in variety of formats.
- Team Player,Planning,Organizing,Problem Solving and Decision Making
- Knowledge and skills in Excel, power point and Word documents
