- to get new relevant requirements.
- To arrange for pool campus.
- To tap new clients & maintain old clients for placements
- To interact with the candidates and maintain the database of candidates.
- To visit companies to maintain good rapport with them.
- To maintain MIS
- Strong English Verbal & written communication Skills
- Good presentation, planning & organization Skills
- Excellent customer orientation, problem-solving, team work & knowledge
- Good Knowledge of the industries and market trends
- Knowledge of our Competitors at the base level
- Proficiency in Ms Office especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
