Responsibilities:
- Research and gather data to develop strategic marketing solutions (tech and communication) for clients.
- Gain a comprehensive context for marketing strategies by analysing a range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share.
- Understanding clients’ businesses to increase topline or bottom line through tech-enabled marketing and communication solutions.
- Creating comprehensive marketing plans to bring success to various brand and performance campaigns.
- Generating original ideas in collaboration with other teams like copy and design.
- Creating and delivering presentations to senior staff members and clients.
- Identifying potential problems in the client's business and devising ways to solve them.
Desired skills & Experience:
- Marketing expertise - Candidate should have a broad understanding of current marketing trends, their impact on business strategies in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. Candidate should be comfortable with quantitative analysis and take a creative, yet pragmatic approach to problem-solving. He/she should have good knowledge of media strategies.
- Problem-solving ability - Candidate should excel at solving problems that require logical reasoning, creative thinking, and comfort with numbers.
- Personal impact - Candidate should have excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
- He/She should be able to influence people around him/her through assertiveness, empathy, open communications, and an aptitude for teamwork.
