Position:

• Provide Field support for Service for PLC and Electrical field, to ensure the stable operation of automated equipment in Process and Manufacturing Industries. 
• This includes installing, configuring, commissioning, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing products at a site level. 
• This role will interface directly with Customers & end customers, R&D, Sales and various levels of management in an effort to manage, install and/or resolve the problems of product performance issues and user quality improvements.
  

Job Roles and Responsibility

• Skilled in industrial robotics and Automation system.
  
• Expertise in multiple server/network administration and TCP/IP protocols, Rockwell automation and Siemens PLC programs and software.
  
• Technical troubleshooting and reverse engineering abilities.
  
• Excellent presentation, written and communication skills
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, supported by strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills.
  

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics
  
•  0.5 – 2 years of experience in tire industries or related field  
  

•  Normal hours of work would be 8 hours/day.
  
• Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work as directed by the company Needs.
  

• Work is usually performed in customer end
  
• May require travel to customer sites to complete tasks
