Job Description
1) Prepare the Design basis reports for the Plumbing, Effluent drain, Rainwater/Stormwater systems with the help of NBC/IS/IPC standards.
2) Prepare the P & IDs for the Plumbing, sewage & industrial process drains.
3) Prepare the 2D detailed engineering drawings as per NBC/IS/IPC standards.
4) Rainwater calculations & drain sizing.
5) STP and Septic tank, soak pit design.
6) Effluent drain management & routing to ETP. ETP design.
7) Fixture load calculations & Pipe sizing for the plumbing & sewage drains.
8) Prepare the water demand, hydraulic & pump head calculations.
9) Prepare the detailed bill of quantities for the Plumbing & sewage, Stormwater, Process Effluent system.
10) Vendor Drawing Review, Technical Liaison with Vendors, Interaction with Clients & Contractors
