Eligibility :
- BE/ B.Tech (CSE/ IT/ ECE/ EEE) MCA candidates from 2017-18 Batches with an aggregate of 60% and above throughout in academics.
Job Description :
- Responsible for Project initiation support, OTM governance
- Define Toll gates and Manage the project Tollgate review process.
- Standardized Reporting – weekly and monthly, project and programs
- Risks and issues tracking, Project Governance using EMVISAGE ( Training will be provided on EMVISAGE )
- Tracking Change Requests, both internal and client approved
- Revenue projections based on the Pipeline projections and Roll off
- KPI data review with Project managers at different project milestones
- Support Compliance and delivery standard audits.
- Project Finance and resource reviews.
- Estimated Vs Actual effort tracking
- Billability and Non-billability review and governance
- Tracking Schedule variances
- Ensure projects PIR’s are happening and lessons learnt database is updated
- Weekly Pipeline governance
- Contribute to Enterprise Capacity Planning exercise
- Resource Utilization tracking, Resource utilization forecast based on the projections and Roll-off
- Internal Timesheet implementation for all the projects
- Support reporting requirements for the BU
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Understanding of Project life cycle
- Knowledge of Project management
- Good excel knowledge
Job Location: Bangalore and Pune
Salary: INR 2,65,000/- Per Annum
