Qualification :

For post codes: 21, 22, 23 and 26: -  The candidate must hold, as on 1st July, 2018, Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government. In the case of a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, as on 1st July, 2018, he/she must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government and should have studied Intermediate and appeared for the Intermediate Examinations in both the in year and 2.0 year.

Note: The candidates who possess higher qualification than the prescribed one will also be considered for selection on par with the candidates who possess the prescribed qualification.

For post codes: 24 and 25: -  The candidate must hold, as on lm July, 2018, Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government

Medical Standards :

a) Eye Sight :  Visual Standards required for the above selection shall be as follows:

Right Eye &  Left Eye

Distant Vision :  6/6

Near Vision :  0/5 (Snellen)

b) Each eye must have a full field of vision.

c) Colour blindness, squint or any morbid condition of the eye or lids of either eye shall be deemed to be a disqualification.

Fee Structure :  a) Candidates with local candidature of Andhra Pradesh belonging to OCs and BCs applying for the Posts of PCs (Civil) or equivalent viz., SCT PC (Civil/AR/APSP) and Warder (Men), Warder (Women) in Prisons & Correctional Services Department and Firemen in A.P. Fire & Emergency Services Department have to pay a fee of Rs.300/- towards processing of application, PMT/PET, written examinations etc. Local candidates of Andhra Pradesh belonging to SCs and STs have to pay only Rs.150/-.

Selection Process :  Selection of candidates will comprise written test follow by physical measurement test and physical efficiency test. Written examination shall have 1 paper of 200 marks with 200 question. Candidates who got qualified in written examination will be called for PET and PMT. Final merit list will be made on the basis of performance in all three stage.
