We are hiring for experienced professionals in US Mortgage process for Night Shift. 

Open position for both Male and Female

 Position: - Post-Closer 

Open Positions: - 10 

Experience: - 0- 5 years

Shift Time: - Should be flexible in Day and Night Shift                                                             Minimum Qualification: - Graduate

Job Location: - Viman Nagar

Both Male / Female can apply.

Weekly off: - Saturday and Sunday Fixed off

Job Description:-

1. Thorough Knowledge of Loan Origination, Loan Processing, Underwriting, Pre-Closing, Pre-Funding, Post-Closing.

2. Should be well versed with all Documents in U.S Mortgage.

3. Knowledge of different types of Loans FHA, VA, Conventional and its Functioning.

4. Should have knowledge of all Critical Closing Documents.

5. Residential Mortgage underwriting experience with pre-underwriting, post-underwriting condition clearing experience would be added advantage.

6. Knowledge of analysis and Reading purchase Contract, Credit Report, Title Document, Income Calculation etc.

7. Must have worked on Checklist base process in Post- Closing process.

Skill Sets Required

1. Strong Analytical Skills.

2. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

3. Detail- Oriented with strong ability to Time management.

4. Ms Office exposure is a must-specifically with Outlook, MS Excel and Word.

5. Should be able to work as an Individual contributor with Minimal support.

Note:- 

Candidate should have their own Vehicle. No transportation Facility provided.
