Post-Doctoral Fellow

Eligibility :  The position requires a candidate with a doctorate in Electrical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Power Systems/Thermal Engineering or Management (with a bachelor’s degree in engineering), from a reputed institution/university in India or abroad who has demonstrable expertise in techno-economic modeling of regional/national electricity networks.

Emoluments :  The monthly emoluments are fixed between Rs. 36,000 – Rs 40,000 + HRA as applicable to Bengaluru, which is currently 24% of the basic fellowship

Junior Research Fellows (JRF)

Eligibility :  Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Power Systems/Thermal Engineering or Management (with a bachelor’s degree in engineering) from a reputed Institution/University with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 7.0 (10-point scale) or CGPA of 3.5 (5-point scale) at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Emoluments :  The monthly emoluments are fixed at Rs. 25,000 + HRA as applicable to Bengaluru, which is currently 24% of the basic fellowship.

Project Assistants

Eligibility :   Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Power/Thermal Engineering from a reputed Institution/University with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 7.0 (10-point scale) or CGPA of 3.5 (5-point scale) at the undergraduate level.

Emoluments :  Selected candidates will be entitled to a consolidated stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month as per applicable DST norms.
