Job Description
1. Design and test electric drive subsystems including battery management, motor controllers, DC-DC converters, power inverters, etc.
2. Work on the development of an efficient battery management system for the battery pack
3. Design and develop control systems for electric drivetrain subsystems
4. Optimize design for energy efficiency and various performance strategies using simulation tools
5. Prepare complete documentation for all electrical designs, including wiring schematics, bill of materials, assembly drawings, etc.
6. Work on the in-house assembling of electrical components for PCB
7. Perform testing and validation of PCBs
8. Adopt a flexible approach to complete workload to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes.
9. Own the end-to-end delivery of subsystems by using the latest technology, design patterns

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Mar'21 and 15th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have strong technical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving skills
2. Must have out of the box thinking skills
3. Must be good at solving problems with innovative approaches
4. Must have proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Eagle
5. Must have worked in electro-mechanical projects
6. Candidates who have shown active involvement in Formula SAE, Baja, and Moto Student competition projects will have an added advantage
7. Must have a good understanding of control system development for electric drives
8. Must have hands-on experience with electronic circuit design, digital and analog electronics
9. Must have knowledge of SMPS, DC-DC converters, inverters, electric drives, IGBT, battery charge controller, battery management systems, etc.
