Officer recruitment in Power Finance Corporation Ltd.
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) with minimum 60% marks or MSW (Masters Degree in Social work) Or MBA HR/MHROD/PGDHRM/PGP/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA with specialization in HR. (Minimum 60% marks in both graduation/Post graduation).
Experience : Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the implementation of CSR initiatives. The candidate should have knowledge and exposure in the areas of conceiving and executing social development projects or project management in a large public or private sector organization. Candidate should have experience in baseline survey/ impact assessment/ social & demographic study or should have research experience in an important CSR segment.
