Recruitment for the post of Junior Officer Trainee (HR), Diploma Trainee - (Electrical)/ (Electronics)/ (IT) for POSOCO - Western Regional Load Despatch Centre (WRLDC) in Mumbai, Maharashtra
01. Junior Officer Trainee (HR) - SDT/ 01 UR
Qualification: Two years (Full time Course) PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ MSW (with Personnel Management as main subject) or equivalent from recognized Institute with minimum 55% marks for GEN/OBC(NCL)/SC/ ST candidates
Stipend : Rs.16,500/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Officer Gr-IV (S1) in the Pay Scale : Rs. 16000 – 35500 (IDA)
Upper Age limit as on 31.08.2016 :GEN/OBC(NCL)/SC/ ST – 27 Yrs PwD/ExSM – as per G.O.I. Directives
02. Diploma Trainee (Electrical) - SDT/04 (02 UR, 01 OBC, 01 SC)
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with minimum 70% marks for GEN/ OBC(NCL)/ ST candidates & pass marks for SC candidates
Age: GEN/ ST – 27 Yrs OBC(NCL) – 30 Yrs SC – 32 Yrs PwD/ExSM – as per G.O.I. Directives
Stipend : Rs.16,500/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in Supervisory category in the Pay Scale: Rs.16000–35500 (IDA)
03. Diploma Trainee (Electronics) - SDT /01 UR
Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Telecommunications from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with minimum 70% marks for GEN/ OBC(NCL)/ SC/ ST candidates.
Age: GEN/OBC(NCL)/SC/ ST – 27 Yrs PwD/ExSM – as per G.O.I. Directives
Stipend :Rs. 16,500/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in Supervisory category in the Pay Scale: Rs.16000–35500 (IDA)
04. Diploma Trainee (IT) - SDT / 01 UR
Qualification: Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with minimum 70% marks for GEN/ OBC(NCL)/ SC/ ST candidates.
GEN/OBC(NCL)/SC/ ST – 27 Yrs PwD/ExSM – as per G.O.I. Directives.
Stipend : Rs.16,500/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in Supervisory category in the Pay Scale: ` 16000–35500 (IDA)
The Written Test shall be held at the following centers: 01. Nagpur, 02. Pune
Mode of selection : 1 Junior Officer Trainee - (HR) Written Test (100% weightage) + Computer Skill Test (qualifying in nature) 2,3 &4 Diploma Trainee - (Electrical)/ (Electronics)/ (IT) Written Test (100% weightage)
Service Agreement :Candidates selected as Junior Officer Trainee (HR) & Diploma Trainee - (Electrical)/ (Electronics)/ (IT) shall undergo training for a period of one (1) year. They will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond for the amount detailed below to successfully complete the training period and thereafter serve the organization for at least three (3) years.
Junior Officer Trainee (HR) & Diploma Trainee - (Electrical)/ (Electronics)/ (IT) `50,000/- for General/ OBC(NCL) `25,000/- for SC/ST/ PwD
Application Fees: Fee for Candidates other than SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM/ Departmental ` 300/- + (Bank Charges ` 60/- + Service Tax 15%)
The last date of submission of application fees shall also be indicated on the challan i.e. 19.09.2016.
