Job Description

Job Position 1: Practitioner - International Voice Customer Support

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduates (B.E / B.Tech cannot apply)

Eligibility: Freshers Or Undergraduate with 0 to 6 months of experience in an International Voice process Or Candidates with 1 – 2 years of collection experience in Banking/Finance process

Salary(in Rupees): 14,000 - 21,000 Per/Month

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

Candidate should have good communication skills
Execute calls & transactions as per given guidelines
Ensure achievement of given quality and performance parameters including turn-around time
Focus on Customer Service and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results as per client contract, so as to meet the organizational objectives
Should have knowledge of MS Office
Should be willing to work in shifts.

Job Position 2: Practitioner - Domestic Voice Customer Support

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduates (B.E / B.Tech cannot apply)

Eligibility: Freshers Or 0 to 12 months experience

Salary(in Rupees): 10,500 - 14,000 Per/Month

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

Execute calls & transactions as per given guidelines
Ensure achievement of given quality and Performance parameters including turn-around time
Focus on Customer Service and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results as per client contract, so as to meet the organizational objectives
Candidate should have good communication skills in English / Hindi.
Any of the following Vernacular languages is an added advantage(Kannada/ Hindi/ Telugu/Tamil Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali Etc.)
Should have basic knowledge of computers
Proficient in MS Excel
Should be willing to work in shifts.

Note: Cab facility will be provided for both the job positions
