Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of bid pursuits comprising RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and /or proactive proposals.
- Work closely with product SMEs to develop the solution and prepare the proposal
- Prepare commercial simulations based on estimation details provided
- Prepare bid pursuit budgets, as per requirement.
- Ensure compliances on bid reviews and approvals, as per process.
- Identify areas for bid process improvements and work closely with the relevant stakeholders for implementation of the recommendations.
- Bid tracking and reporting (weekly / monthly), as per process.
- Ability to manage bids/proposals independently from qualification to submission.
- Drive and articulate proposition and solutions through artifacts and presentations, delivered to the highest standard.
- Coordinate/Showcase product demonstrations, proof of concept creations
- Creation of service offering kits, case studies and sales tool kits
- Strong exposure in transportation Domain / ETC / TMS
- 5-7 years of experience in presales
- Exposure towards understanding software products and frameworks
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Strong written aptitude and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Flexible to work from remote and across time zones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Effective problem solving skills.
