About PR Ventures
PR ventures are the parent company, wherein several brands are functional under it. Currently, we are hiring for a brand called 'Brickslane'. Brickslane is basically into real estate consultancy which is based in Bangalore. Brickslane is expertise in managing portfolios in real estate.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and organize a list of potential leads
2. Out-call them and convince them for site visits in coordination with the sales team
3. Understand and explain customer requirements and redirect them to respective sales team members
4. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow- up and outbound cold calls & emails
5. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
6. Handle all queries in a professional and courteous manner
7. Follow-up with customers and to always stay updated with the product knowledge
8. Establish and maintain the relationship with clients and retrieve the required information from them
9. Support marketing activities through emails/calls
10. Prepare and maintain MIS reports
