Pre Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Day to day interactions with the Customers to share project-specific details
- Responsible for handling all customers inquiries
- Follow up with clients for Site visits & Revisits
- Coordination with sales team for lead reallocations and site visits
- Follow up with customers to further closure process
- Should be adept at client Relationship Management
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a real estate Pre-sales role
- Good communication skills (written and Oral)
