Job Description
- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
- Support the Sales Team with customer-facing pre-sales assistance
- Handling Customer queries, provide info clearly, send mailers, maintain complete databases, follow up with leads, and prepare reports.
- Keep records of Customer interactions, follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Responsible for handling the customers’ inquiry and coordination with Sales Team.
- Client Relationship Management, Handling Calls, Collecting and Updating the Database.
- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field
- 0 to 3 years’ experience in sales or client facing role
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Positive, service-oriented personality
