Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Building a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by researching the companies, penetrating the new and existing accounts through high activity calling, emailing, and LinkedIn to senior decision-makers in enterprises with a focus on finding qualified leads and setting appointments and demos to take it forward
2. Developing a deeper understanding of the customer's problems and pain points and expressing complete mastery over impact systems solutions and presenting the sales script, so that it can be tailored to suit the customer's needs
3. Addressing queries via emails & phone calls and capturing the contact details & source of each business query
4. Organizing and delivering remote demos, documenting RFP and RFQ for potential customers
5. Working closely with teams, forwarding requests, feedback on the experience, and tweaks to existing features
6. Upselling additional offerings to the existing customers
7. Collaborating with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
8. Maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Mar'21 and 27th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Chennai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in any stream (preferably sales/marketing domain)
2. Should have 0-2 years experience in IT/technology and research
3. Must have the zeal to learn and explore trends in the IT/software industry
4. Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills
5. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage (not mandatory)
