- Pre-Sales Calls to the Leads generated thru various channels- Online Portal, Channel Partner, Existing Customers, References
- Classifications of prospects with respect to their budget, location, unit configuration preferences
- Arranging Site Visits and Client Visits in collaboration with Sales team members
- Follow-Ups with prospective leads on site visits and client visits
- Guest Relations and maintaining the guest register
- Updation and maintaining the records of leads in ERP/Software Tool
- Daily Reporting to the Manager
