Job Description

Role of Pre-sales manager with following responsibilities:
- Candidate must be able to anticipate business
needs, focus on business intelligence and research, No travel required
- Need to co-ordinate with sales managers and
building good relationship with them
- Handle
inbound and outbound customer sales enquiries.
- Prospecting of new clients & Promoting the product
- Should
be able to handle back to back calls with the customer in explaining them the
product features, benefits, Loan process and service requirements.
- Should
be a result oriented person and work on achieving monthly sales targets.
- Should have sound knowledge in operating CRM software, Ms Excel & Smart
phone
- Should
have a strong communication skills should be excellent, with good command over Tamil.
( Hindi, Kanada and Telugu will be added
advantage)
- You
should be pro active with excellent people skills and passion to build customer
relationship
- You
should have a passion for Sales & Convincing skill.
- You
should handle walk-in customers at HO – if any approach on solar
- Handle refund
customers – and convert to business.
