Job Description
- Preparation of Tender
- Prepare excel sheet of specification for Tender.
- Tender mail to OEM for case locking.
- Prepare annexure in Tender.
- Contact to OEM for tender solution time to time.
- Prepare Check list for tender preparation.
- Prepare Format of Financial Bid in the Tender.
- Prepare Technical Offer covering page in Tender.
- Negotiation with OEM related to price as well as completed tender procedure/preparation is included in it.(If any tasks related to it is not mentioned it is assumed to be included in it.)
- Purchase Order Raising, Maintaining & Coordinating
- Make Purchase Order & forwarding to OEM
- Coordinate to OEM for material.
- Purchase order maintain on excel sheet.(must be updated online on day of acceptance of PO from OEM)
- Maintain the File of PO.
- CCTV System quotation for Private Sites as well as Government Sites.
- Booking(includes travelling via bus/train & Hotel booking)
- Attendance System
- Courier Dispatching
- To maintain the record manually of In and Out material related to speed post, by post , by courier, by Transport.
- Maintain File (Filing the Docate Slip).
- Tracking of Shipped Product status review delivered or not.
- Salary as per experience (indoor sales only)
