- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative surveys with
senior IT and business executives across organizations globally
- Good listening, probing and interaction skills
- Flexible to work in rotational shift based on project
requirement (No Night shift)
- Need good eye for detail and analytical mind set
- Reporting of work on daily basis
- Past experience of BPO outbound or lead generation or
appointment setting will be preferred
- Target oriented and self-motivated
