Principal job Position in Manipur PSC
Qualification: a) A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognised university b) Ph.D degree.
Relaxation clause: 'A relaxation of 5% of the marks at the Graduate and Master's Degree level will be allowed to the candidates belonging to ST/SC/PWD/ OBC (Non Creamy Layer) categories for the purpose of eligibility and for assessing good academic record for direct recruitment to the said post.'
Essential qualification : a) Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/ experience of at least fifteen years of teaching/research in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of Higher Education. b) A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. c) A minimum of 110 research Score as per Appendix I (Table 2 of UGC Regulations 2018).
