Institute of Life Sciences Bhubaneswar (ILS) invites application for the position Principal Projects Associate
No. of Vacancies: 01
Essential Qualifications: MSc in Life Science/Engineering/Technology from a reputed Indian/Foreign University/Institute
Essential Experience: Minimum 10 years of total work experience which may include a combination of Research and Development, Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Development, and Management, Engineering/Technology/Design
Desirable:
a. PhD in Life Science/Engineering/Technology or MBA from a reputed Indian/Foreign University/Institute.
b. Experience in Research and Development/entrepreneurship development/ management and/or association with some reputed University/Institute.
c. Publications in leading International/national Journals and the popular press would be an advantage.
d. Strong technical skills. Must be able to participate in discussions with academia/ industries and provide feedback and direction.
e. Administrative and managerial skills. Must be able to motivate and work with a team consisting of people with different skill sets and backgrounds.
f. Strong English writing and presentation skills.
g. Ability to work independently and provide vision to various R&D related activities..
Job Profile:
a. Create, strengthen and convene partnerships and networks of specialized institutions to advise and enhance institutional capacity in the design, implementation and monitoring.
b. Responsible for managing the operations, planning and the development to give it strategic direction, build and scale-up of programs, as well as collaborate with national and global organizations to employ best practices for solving Scientific Research problems.
c. Conducting inspirational events and capacity building programs.
Salary: Rs. 49,000/- + 24% HRA (negotiable) based on qualification and experience
