Principal Scientist/01-UR
Qualification: Ph. D. in Botany/Plant Science with minimum 3 years post Ph.D. research experience relevant to the job.
Desirable: Candidates having experience in handling independent research projects /Product Development/Technology Innovation/Applied Technology and experience in the use of molecular biology techniques, genetic engineering, stress physiology of plants and use of marine resources will be given preference

Senior Scientist /01 UR
Qualification: Ph.D. in Marine Science/Marine Biology / Molecular Phylogenetics with minimum two years of post Ph.D. research experience relevant to the job.
Desirable: Candidates having experience in handling independent research projects/ Product Development/Tec hnology Innovation/Applie d Technology and experience in the use of molecular biology techniques, genetic engineering and experience in the field of algal phylogenetics/ algal molecular systematics will be preferred.
