We are currently having an opening for the below: 

• Position: Printing operator 
• Location: Goa, Vapi, Nalagarh & Wada 
• Qualification: 10th or above 
• Experience: Fresher        
• Salary: 8000-9000

Job Profile:

• The apprentices shall be under training at the company for a minimum of 3 years.           First 15 months, they shall be under the apprenticeship training, for the course “Printing Operator”. 
• NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation )will conduct the assessment for printing operator course at the end of the training duration, & on successful completion, they shall be rewarded with the NSDC certificate.
• For the remaining period, these candidates shall be allowed to work on printing machine under the government scheme, NEEM. 
• This will enhance the printing skill of these candidates & help them to become a printing machine expert.
• Recruitment guideline
• Physical fitness. Height, not less than 5 feet & weight not less than 48 Kgs. Must be able to lift a weight of 25Kgs in hand & walk for at least 5 meters. No walking trouble.
• Age of the candidate must not less than 
• However, preference should be given to the candidate of age range 23-26.
• Average communication skill. Must respond to the enquiries.
• Should be able to read & write English.
• Preferably with a learning attitude. Must possess the zeal for learning.
• Must be able to do basic mathematical calculations (+,-,*,/,%, reasoning knowledge)
• Family background – Not from so poor & high profile family. 
• The family should not depend on him.
• Eyesight must be good. Should be tested for colour identification test.

• No major injury or surgery in the body taken place, which may give trouble during work in printing.
• No critical diseases. No skin diseases.
• Must have understood the scheme&benefits, he will get back. Interested to join this scheme
• Stay arrangement
• If the apprentices are coming from long distance from the company, where ever needed, the stay to be arranged. Stay off the apprentices shall be arranged by the respective unit. 
• Unit HC to make the proper arrangement for the stay & ensure the necessary things are provided for trouble free stay at the guest house/quarters. 
• If the arrangement for the stay is being done by the Yashaswi, periodic visits/meetings need to be conducted between unit HC &apprentices at the stay location, to ensure the trouble-free stay.
