(ii) Stenography speed of 100 wpm & English Type-writing speed 45 wpm (iii) Three years as Personal Assistant in the Scale of Rs.9, 300–34,800/- with Grade pay Rs.4, 200/- PSU / Government Department / Research Institution or in a University recognized by the UGC. 

Desirable : Capacity to work in a fully computerized environment. Knowledge of Hindi typewriting
