Job description

Software Trainee (.Net Trainee): Fresher’s - 02 Yrs.

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech, with Good Academic Percentage 70%

To be Responsible and Duties Producing code using .NET languages (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET) Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications

Expertise in designing and implementing high performance scalable applications.
Knowledge of Web technologies, Web standards & protocols
Good communication & problem-solving skills

Ticketing Executives/Data Analysts (Non-Technical): Fresher’s – 03 Yrs.

Qualification: Inter/Degree/B.Tech  

• Work on GDS- World Span & Sabre.
• Handling new Booking / Date Change / Issue/ Reissue/Cancellation & Refund / Schedule Change.
• Handling All over Worldwide International Ticketing.
• Issuance, Emails and Re-issuance.
• Need to maintain day to day issuance and re-issuance report.
• Issue, Reissue & Cancel Tickets.

 Should have excellent communication & analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills, team player, ability to multitask, prioritize and work to tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Should possess analytical mapping skills & to the source, clean, Interpret data.

Acquiring data from different sources and to maintain databases/data systems.

To identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Required Logical enumeration of the High Priority Level for finding Customers Views.

Identify Areas to increase efficiency and to set up maintain automated data processes.

Preparation of travel-related documents Like ticket, vouchers etc. All tickets to be thoroughly checked in respect of fares/ codes before being given to the agents/ clients

To control all the reservation functions including ticketing and follow-ups & Clearing up of waitlisted passengers & Stick to the time limit guidelines & follow up, Reconfirmation of PNR s and inform agents / Passengers accordingly

Ensure that the ticketing Stock is properly maintained and in safe custody & good excellent relations as to be maintained with all customers and  principals

To work for Noon shift/nights shifts US/UK (5 pm to 7 am IST depending on shift timings). Central location in Hyderabad
