Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Sets and/or implements processes-related strategy and policies, and ensures implementation of related guidelines, methods and tools, for all assigned organization units.

• Drives analysis, modeling and optimization of ITIL-based processes. Advice process and quality owner, recommends measures.

• Maintains IT Management System (ITSM) and ensures that process interfaces are described and understands process correlation

• Implements and administers General Quality policies, in organization unit(s) assigned

• Analyzes and contributes to quality in processes, aligned with agreed quality guidelines.

• Analyzes all quality/process related issues in all steps of the SHS IT Processes. Identifies trends and address them via Continues Improvement Program.

• Carries out quality improvement projects; plans targets, milestones, budgets and resources, sets up and monitors project progress, and approves results.

• Communicates effectively with specialized external and internal partners (Including external suppliers)

• Trains staff in all Quality/Process related issues and processes.
