Job Description
1. Communicate with users through Fresh-desk Application to resolve their block related queries and issues
2. Take ownership of user issues from beginning to end
3. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and user needs
4. Resolve user queries/issues through email in a considerate and timely manner

7. Should have the flexibility to work under any shift with any day-offs
8. Should have proven work experience as a help desk technician or similar role.
9. Should have a good understanding of computer systems, Mobile applications, and devices
10. Should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills
11. Should have a BS degree in information technology, computer science, or relevant field
