·       We are looking for a competent Individual from the Mortgage Industry who has extensive knowledge of Settlement Services. The role expands across the mortgage loan process and understanding of Front Back process is important

·       As part of the Mortgage Settlement Service, we are looking to hire the candidate onto 2 main process pillars across - Title and Tax

·       We expect an eye for detail since the nature of work involves dealing with numbers, legal terms and conditions, online research, and documenting notes. The risk of going wrong can have a direct impact on revenue loss and the reputation of the firm

·       A typical day involves working on numerous transactional closures, interaction with stakeholders across the globe which are time-sensitive in nature and we look forward you to be pro-active in meeting timelines

·       Communication – Both email and verbal communication are the USP of this role. Effective verbal communication is key to obtaining information required to complete the transaction/order & written communication plays a vital role in documenting legal terms and conditions related to the loan

Responsibilities:

·       Conducting Tax & Title search across the United States

·       Escalating any red flag to the immediate manager

·       Expertise in conducting online research & calling depending on the need of the hour

·       Willingness to extend knowledge beyond the day to day and connect the work to the industry
