Job Description
- Designation: Process Associate (female candidates preferred)
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Experience: 6 months +
- Location: Bangalore

Qualifications:
- Should be above 18 years of age.
- Should be able to work on flexiable shifts
- Experience in handling customer directly through phone outbound calls
- Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English and at least one of Hindi or Kannada.
- Excellent listening skills: Should be able to understand customer’s requirement and articulate in own words. Should have good convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge. An old user of facebook or Linkedin is a plus
- Prior experience closing sales on phone will get the candidate hired immediately
