1 ) Designation : Process Associate

1 ) Designation : Process Associate
- Non voice process
- Any graduates and Post graduates ( No BE/Btech)
- Freshers 14 k take home + Shift allowances
- Experienced 17 k take home + Shift allowances
- Good written skills
- Good Communication
- 5 days working
- Two way cab facilities (up to 20 km)
- US and UK based shift ( Rotational Shift)
- Should have basic insurance Knowledge
- Eligibility: Undergraduates / 12 pass with minimum 6 months of international bpo experience can apply.
- Any graduate fresher can also apply.
- * US Shifts
- * Its a 5 days working company. The candidates will be given 2 weekly off as per the roster which means there will be no fixed off.
- * Salary-15k to 20k + High incentives.
- * Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)
- * Knowledge of chat and email process,good written email writing and written skills etc.
- Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of different internal tools, coordinating with Tech Support (this is one team with whom youll be working the most), Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams.
- SALARY :15 K + 20 K INCENTIVES
- Graduate Qualifications: Any Graduates or undergraduate freshers
- Experience Needed: Any graduate 6 months Experience in International BPO / Client Servicing / Customer Service / Marketing / Sales / KPO / ITES or any other relevant domain can apply
