Summary of Position: 

• The Process Associate will work closely with other team members to deliver a variety of professional services to a diverse group of clients from around the world.
•  Supporting client requests in a virtual environment, the Process Associate will be required to demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• The Process Associate will be available to work an assigned schedule (which may fluctuate) that includes weekends, holidays, and night shift.

• ·         Performs accurate data collection, collation, and entry
• ·         Processes sales auditing, comparing data from one system with another
• ·         Creates and updates basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel reports
• ·         Uploads client data to end-user portals
• ·         Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
• ·         Meets established quality control measures
• ·         Meets individual productivity requirements
• ·         Builds relationships with staff from other departments to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner
• ·         Escalates issues to management whenever there is doubt
• ·         Maintains flexibility in a high speed, demanding team environment
• ·         Will extend shift to suit the business requirement as needed
• ·         Actively participates in departmental team meetings and other open forums
• ·         Assists with department projects and initiatives as needed
• ·         Creating and monitoring the processing checklists and calendars
• ·         Meeting and exceeding client defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy

• Graduation Certificate from Secondary School (PU Candidates Acceptable)
• Intermediate Written and Verbal Communication Skills (English)
• Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office Products
• Basic Analytical Skills
• Quality Data Entry Skills
