Job Description
- We are hiring for the profile of Process Associate/Senior Process Associate/Process Manager
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
- Job Location: Laxmi Nagar
- Job Title: Process Associate/Senior Process Associate/Process Manager
- Compensation: As per Company Standards
- Handling Accounts Receivable and C form collection process.
- Responsible for Tracking accounts and getting into potential AR issues like overdue invoices, Near maximum credit limit.
- Inform the clients about the status of their accounts.
- Maintaining MIS report & dash boards.
- Follow up with clients through phone calls, emails & visits.
- Collection of over dues payments & Statutory forms like C forms.
- The job content has learning and practical experience and exposure to large customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- 100% completion of the assigned work with required quality and appropriate productivity.
- Contact counterparts through mails/calls as per the process requirement for any clarifications.
- Maintaining a good relation with the counterparts and all team members
- Maintaining a professional approach to work at all times, providing prompt and appropriate responses at all levels.
- Actively participate in the team meetings and other initiatives taken by the company.
- Following company rules and standard operating procedures.
