Job Description:

• Responsible US accounting and reporting activities
  
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards 
  
• Responsible for Timesheet entries in QuickBooks, Payroll Entries, experience in ADP is preferred
  
• Maintaining and updating accounting records across a diverse portfolio of USA based clients.
  
• Must have experience of USA Accounting & USA Taxation methods and laws.
  
• Must have experience of QuickBooks and other US Accounting Technologies.
  
• Review JEs including setting up of recurring JEs, accrual related to compensation and benefits accounting
  
• Prepare and record inter-company entries to support legal entity structure
  
• Perform Period end close process- Close SLs, Reconcile GL and SL, clear Inter-Company accounts etc.
  
• Perform GL accounts review and settlements and ensure timely close of GL period
  
• Collaborate with Clients leadership and ensure adherence to SLAs
  
• Create the necessary documents like SOPs and other end user training materials
  
•  Reconcile all accounts as needed. 
  
• Interface with outside accounting experts such as tax CPA, auditors, and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor consultants.
  
• Assist the accounting department manager or owner in running and customizing reports that provide business analysis and results. 
  
• Perform banking functions as required.
  
• Review invoices and check requests
  
• Processing vendor invoices according to procedures
  
• Process check requests
  
• Resolve invoice discrepancies  
  
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  
• Assist in month end closing
  
• Paying expenditures
  
• Billing services

• Reconciling statements
  
• Managing past-due accounts
  
• Preparing financial statements
