- Any Graduate/ Any Post Graduate - BE/ BTech (Less than 65% in Highest)
Job Description:
- To be able to upsell & cross sell travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions keeping in mind various SLA’s like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service.
- To be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
- To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements, Handle calls and emails.
Skills required:
- Candidate with Good communication Skills.
- Open to work in 24*7 shifts/ rotational shifts
Salary: INR 14,500 PM
