Required to work closely with Sales, Order management and other linked teams to resolve customer queries.
Provides administrative support in the collections process.
Resolves, collects, and manages past due accounts and outstanding invoices.
Interfaces with sales support, customer service and accounts receivable to reconcile accounts.
Coordinate between Sales, Trade, Order management and Installation Teams to resolve customer queries/ internal issues so as to liquidate AR.
Perform Accounts reconciliation for key Customers and address issues related to reconciling items
