JOB DESCRIPTION:

To provide technical support to customers through chat and email requests.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, excellent customer diplomacy skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Knowledge with web computing and android devices.
Salary: 2.35 LPA
Working: Rotational shifts.
Job Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Transport: Two- Way transport. As per Hiring Zone.
Interview Location: NIIT Basheerbagh Centre, Hyd.
Interview timings: 09.30am

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Any Graduation is must, 2015 2016 2017 and 2018 (Passed out).
0 to 11 Months of work experience, BPO is preferable.
Excellent Communication skills is required.
Flexible to work in rotational.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

10TH Inter, Graduation, Provisional and CMM certificate Mandatory.
