Job Description

Job Position: Process Associate (International Voice Process)

Job Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Salary: upto 16,000 INR (in-hand)

Working Hours: Five days a week (Monday to Friday) - 9 hours a day.
Requirements:

1. Must be Good at Communication (Fluent English only).

2. Shall be good at convincing clients.

3. FRESHER OR CANDIDATE HAVING MAX 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE

.4. Graduate or Under Graduate.
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Contacting organization's UK and Australian clients to offer products/services.

2. Handling, resolving customer queries and following up with clients where required.

3. Maintaining call notes and CRM updates.

4. Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.

5. Other duties as assigned.
The applicant shall be comfortable working with Australia (5 AM to 2 PM IST) and UK (2 PM to 11 PM IST) shifts.
