Job Description

Designation: Process Associate or Sr. Process Associate
Exp: 1 - 5 Years (Freshers are most welcome)
Salary: 2.00 LPA to 4.25 LPA
Week Off : Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Notice Period: Immediate joiners required / 15 days preferable
Shift: Night Shift
Age Criteria: Not more than 30 years.
We are hiring for Voice profile in Medical Billing Industry for our Patient Answering Department. We are based at Noida Sector - 2. We require the candidates with ability of Multitasking and having dynamic personality who can serve the organisation for long run.

Roles, Responsibilities & Requirement-

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
International BPO voice process experience is preferred.
Must have a decent accent and good understanding of US people
Problem-solving attitude
Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data.
Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team
Engaged in handling calls of Individual, Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)
Provide World Class Customer Service.
Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.
Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
