- Process : Blended Support (Chat & Voice)- Customer Service
- Salary Package : As per Company Standards
- Shift Timing- Rotational Shift
- Working Days – 6 Days per Week
- Handling Customer Queries/Complaints to customer Satisfaction
- Providing Accurate Response and thereby meeting the First Call/chat Resolution
- Accurate and Precise on Documentation in CRM
- Follow the Quality Guidelines and Meet a score of 88% per Audit
- Maintain the AHT as per prescribed Norms
- Achieving the Customer Satisfaction and achieve the CSAT Score
- Adherence to the Process Flow and usage of Script
- Attendance Adherence is Mandate.
Preferred skills:
- Good Communication Skills (Both written and oral)
- Typing Speed of 34-36 WPM with 94-96% Accuracy
