Position: Process Associate
Domain: Outbound Voice Process - Sales Function.
Responsibilities:
*Generating potential Leads over the phone.
*Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
*Analyzing the customers' needs.
*Gathering and documenting customer information as per the IQA.
*Answering customers' questions about the products.
Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate.
Age must be between 18+ to 35 years.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
Salary Range: Rs.13000-16000
