Job Description

Job title – Process Consultant – Purchase to Pay (Application Services Engineer) We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments.

We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services.

We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

This is your role. What part will you play?

· Establish and deliver KPIs, helping the internal organization to find area of improvements with help of Data. Identify weak spots and deliver performance improvement programs.

· Develop set of KPIs to monitor the performance of entire P2P process within organization in collaboration with the operations team.

· Organize and run the data download, dashboard refresh on defined frequency.

· Manage key stakeholders and their expectations through effective updates and communication on plans and progress reporting · To be a champion leader of change and business process re-engineering.

· Analyze business processes and gather and define functional and non-functional requirements from all departments

· Convert requirements into Business Requirements documents and support the Systems Requirements documentation.

· Manage risks and issues; escalating cross project risks and issues through functional management.

· Create and execute project work plans and revisions as appropriate, with the goal of meeting change requests and requirements.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

· 2-4 years experience.

· SCM / P2P knowledge will be of added advantage. Power BI, Qlik sense, SQL,Excel / access Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills · Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically
