Inviting
applications for the role of Process Developer- Application Support
This
role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -Compute Management Division. You will be
responsible for supporting corporate Compute operations 24X7 for internal IT.
You will be working actively on the operational issues along with internal /
external partners to recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive). You will
have tremendous opportunities learn in one of the biggest Compute group in the
industry.Responsibilities

Participate with Leads in driving Incident Management Bridge to

provide a resolution to ongoing issues.

Work with various Vendors and service Providers for faster and
accurate resolution %26amp; keep the Genpact SharePoint applications up and
running.

Quality Check and assurance for various process and policies.
Utilize critical issue metrics to report inconsistencies.

Raise and update the tickets in Services Tool for issues
handled / worked upon during workday.

Prepare and report daily dashboards.

Supervising that Service Level Agreements are met for all the
cases in the team's bucket during the working day.

Interact considerately with the vendors %26amp; service providers
%26amp; ensure timely follow up to keep the Compute services up and running.

Timely update/Quality update of problems solved during the
working day.

Learn and Contribute in various issues in SharePoint and .Net
technologies

Documentation %26amp; finding out the nature of problem %26amp; be
