Job Details

• Should have home PC hardware knowledge, experience in reviewing technical specifications of electronics and online sold items and fluent handling of a client-server based web application, tech-savvy individual with IT graduation
• Should have a sharp focus in understanding the huge databases, big online portals like Amazon, should have plenty of passion in researching the internet, Understanding of latest technologies in Computer hardware components, computer peripherals, networking devices, gaming, leading Software applications etc.
• Ability to perform in-depth research analysis of the required models, formulating the production standards, database optimization, high-quality comparison of data.
• Must have plenty of exposure to the online world including transactions, understanding different web development languages is a plus too.
• Knowledge of OS concepts, basic windows applications, proxies, VPN etc
• Performing maintenance of the database, cleaning offers pool, restructuring broken offers in the database, capable of tracking issues, general OS troubleshooting tips, Smart in testing the features of web application and documenting rules/updates in Intranet. 
• Perform system-product analysis, problem resolution. technical support to customers and internal consulting for optimizing quality through new web-based technical analysis.
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on project standings, customer needs as per the priorities of the day. 
• Devise and modify procedures to solve complex OTRS tickets, considering data processing flaws and structure errors. 
• Analyze and revise system feature bugs and document as and when necessary. Interface with clients and new juniors to provide technical assistance and training.
• Able to accurately focus on the screen without missing lengthy alpha numerals.
• Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
•  Develop projects within allotted timelines and budget.
•  Ensure in compliance with company and industry standards.
• Provide support and guidance to the team to meet daily work demands.
• Analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.
• Recommend new ideas and techniques to ensure project success.
