Job Description
- Reports To: Site Manager
- Position Purpose: Responsible for Responsible for the day-to-day operation of employee transport.
- Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
- Candidate should be graduate and should have minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience at any level. Freshers with good aptitude can also apply
- Good knowledge of excel is must, good communication in writing and speaking English & Kannada (Preferred)
- Knowledge/Experience in MoveInSync or any other transport automation tool is preferred.
- Willing to work in shift
- Hardworking and enthusiastic
- Honesty & Integrity are non-negotiable
- Work closely with employees, SPOCs, peers and vendors to foster close win-win working relationship.
- Cab Vendor Management: Ensure vendors deliver a consistent and high-quality service. Manage vendors through a structured vendor management program that includes regular reporting based on service levels.
- Customer Management. Manage real-time escalations, service failures,, and resolve client issues, etc..
- Reporting – Prepare OTA/OTD report, No Show reports, any other reports required by client
