- Answers inbound calls related to Mortgage Process from US based BFS providers
- Completes required documentation as per
guidelines
- Shares Best Practices and process improvement
ideas.
- Provide L1 Voice Support.
- Handling user call validation process, and to ensure the client satisfaction as well as user fulfillment.
- Customer interaction, trouble shooting, queries handling.
- Must have experience in international voice process
- Excellent Communication/ Listening
skills.
- Must have good English narration skills.
- Good to have healthcare domain/ Voice
process experience
- 0-9 Months of relevant experience
- Good to have analytical, presentation & communication skill
- Should be a
self-starter
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent client management skills
- Willingness to work in permanent night
shift
