Job Description (Process Specialist)

• Provide professional assistance with clients on documentation, job search and settlement services;
• Execute appropriate follow-up calls and emails in a timely manner;
• Coordinate with RCIC office and settlement partners as per requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.
• Take part in the company's internal training and knowledge-sharing programs;
• Play a key role in the Company's information seminars;
• Travel to the Company's Vancouver office in Canada, should the need arises.

Desired Candidate Profile (Process Specialist)

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written);
• Consulting skills, client handling skills;
• Decent knowledge of MS Office;
• Team skills and strong relationship-building skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;
