Job Description:

• Responsible for Conducting Classroom Training for new employees / existing employees
  
• Should be able to understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work to develop or assess materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught.
  
• Should be good in Sales Techniques, Should have excellent knowledge on Sales Process
  
• Should train the process for new employees – Tele Sales / Outbound
  
• Will be able to decide the best programs to train their employees and meet the needs of the organization
  
• Motivate the Trainees through effective communication & evaluative feedback 
  
• Work cooperatively with peers, Support Staff & HO members in planning & implementing curriculum.
  
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with others.
  
• Establish & maintain a positive climate for learning through appropriate researched based classroom management strategies.
  
• Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices.
  
• Must be the friendly, clear & strong speaker.
  
• Must be able to travel anywhere when required. 
  
• Should be able to prepare and deliver presentations. 
  
• Prepare and deliver information to diverse audiences ensuring that you use an appropriate communication style, operate equipment correctly and represent the values of the Service.
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training is required
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Proficient in the English language with any south language (Read and write any 1)
  
• Languages: Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam
  
• Flexible with Work Timings
  
• General awareness of local laws, competitors, and product offerings in consumer finance
  
• Working knowledge in spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
